Welcome to The Rancho. We live on small farm with a whole lot of fun in Western North Carolina.  We have dogs, dairy goats, occasional pigs, chickens, two horses, a mini donkey named Pico, . . . and who knows what else is in the works!

Our dairy goat breeds include Alpine (both French and American), Oberhasli and Nigerian Dwarf as well as occasional F1 Miniature Dairy Goats including Miniature Alpines and Miniature Oberhasli.

While we are not currently breeding Rough Coated Dutch Shepherds, we still belong to the American Dutch Shepherd Association (ADSA).  We would love to introduce you to the breed and help answer any questions you might have.  

We have two farm dogs that help us out. One is a cattle dog and the other a Texas Heeler in training. Our Livestock Guardian Dog is named Sarge and he is doing an excellent job keeping things in order.
